No. The messages go out in your name and sound like you wrote them. You decide what they say when we set things up. Most customers think you sent them yourself.
When you mark an invoice as sent, Graftly starts the clock. If it's not marked as paid after 3 days, it sends a polite reminder text to your customer. Another one goes out at 7 days if still unpaid. You mark it paid manually when the money comes in, and the reminders stop. Simple.
No. Graftly first asks the customer how the job went. If they say it was great, it directs them to Google. If they're not happy, it sends their feedback straight to you so you can sort it out privately. Unhappy customers never get pushed to leave a public review.
